摘要

尼龙65盐是以等摩尔的戊二酸和己二胺为原料制备的,将其作为单体通过聚合反应可以合成尼龙65。有机溶剂结晶法和水溶液法是制备尼龙65盐的主要方法,尼龙65的制备方法包括界面缩聚、熔融缩聚及其他方法。综述了尼龙65盐以及尼龙65的制备方法,对其发展趋势以及应用前景进行了分析和展望。

Abstract

Nylon 65 salt is prepared from equimolar glutaric acid and hexamethylene diamine,and it can be used as a monomer to synthesize nylon 65 by polymerization.Organic solvent crystallization method and aqueous solution method are the main methods for preparing nylon 65 salt.The preparation method of nylon 65 includes interfacial polycondensation,melt polycondensation and other methods.The preparation methods of nylon 65 salt and nylon 65 were reviewed.Development trends and application prospects were analyzed and prospected.
